It is the sellers responsibility to provide all content information for advertisement and check for accuracy, we do encourage sellers to notify us of any changes
Advertisements will only go live upon receipt of cleared funds
All advertisements will run for a 30 day period, and will only be repeated upon your instructions for a further 30 day period at a time.
Any changes to advertisements after the initial booking are liable to a £10 administration fee, unless it is an error instigated by Motor Locator
You have no right to cancel any booking of advertisements before 30 days, during this period we can remove your vehicle from the active databases and any marketing if instructed by you.
We do not offer any refunds, regardless of if your vehicle is sold, lost, stolen or damaged.
We reserve the right to refuse bookings
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel bookings without refund in any cases of suspected fraud or where deliberate intent to mislead has been established.
If we find any cases of fraud we will inform the police immediately
We do not accept liability for any of the following
- Services provided by any third party companies promoted by Motor Locator
- Any transaction between buyers or sellers. It is the responsibility of both parties to apply due diligence.
- Conditions of vehicles
- Vehicle identity, outstanding finance
- Response from adverts
- Advertisement accuracy
- Third party guides
- Interruption of our services beyond our control
All information provided by our agents regarding sellers registered at the time is for guidance only, as our database changes daily.
Our hotel long weekend break offers are subject to the following conditions, which can change at anytime (please ask for more information at time of booking)
- In mainland Britain only
- Max 2 people for 3 nights
- Free accommodation in participating hotels on certain dates
- Guests must purchase breakfast and dinner each night of stay (minimum amount applies. Please check with hotel before booking)
